Mr. Lagiglia has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets and mining sector working with mineral exploration and production companies including Benchmark Metals, Copaur Minerals, China Gold International, First Mining Gold, Canarc Resources, and Platinum Group Metals, among others. With a strong background in Corporate Development and Investor Relations, Mr Lagiglia’s focus will be on enhancing shareholder value by further advancing the Company’s Charlotte Gold-Silver-Zinc-Copper project in the Yukon and pursuing additional strategic growth and expansion initiatives.
Mr. Brohman is a principal at Donaldson Brohman Martin, CPA Inc. and has over ten years of experience working with private and publicly traded companies, including serving as a director and/or officer. Mr. Brohman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and obtained his CPA, CA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation while working in public practice.
Mr. Trevor Harding provides strategic Business Development and Indigenous Relations consulting advice. A former longtime Yukon resident and Yukon Minister of Mines and Energy, Mr. Harding has extensive experience in mining and entrepreneurial capital acquisition. He Co – Founded Northern Vision Development Limited Partnership, Yukon’s largest private sector employer and owners of real estate assets. Mr. Harding holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University, Nova Scotia.
Ms. Walton provides independent management, consulting, and natural resource policy expertise to the mining industry, industry associations, and governments. She has held management and board positions at several public and private companies including Firestone Ventures Inc. and Northern Tiger Resources Inc. She currently serves as a director of Taurus Gold Corp. and C2C Gold Corp. Ms. Walton holds an M.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Alberta, is a professional geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and is a graduate gemologist.
Mr. Rapsch has over 17 years of in-depth capital markets experience in the resource sector, including several senior roles as Vice President Corporate Communications and Corporate Development. In these roles, he was responsible for the implementation, management and execution of all marketing and investor relations-related programs. His tenures included 4 years at SilverCrest Mines until the acquisition by First Majestic for $154 million in 2015. From 2015 to the end of 2018, he was leading the investor relations activities for SilverCrest Metals which owns the Las Chispas silver and gold project in Sonora, Mexico. During his career, he was also instrumental in assisting companies with capital raises. In early 2019, Mr. Rapsch founded Cologne Communications Corp. and has been successfully providing investor relations consulting services to publicly-trading resource companies.
Mr. MacDonald is a Registered professional geologist with over 30 years of experience in the mining sector. He has managed and participated in a wide range of exploration projects in varied terrain, principally in Western Canada, with international experience in Mexico and South America. He has been responsible for design and implementation of exploration programs from grass-roots to advanced drill definition and managed mine scoping, prefeasibility and feasibility projects, bulk sample projects, and environmental assessments. Mr. MacDonald is the Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101 for Taurus Gold Corp.
