Taurus Gold Corp. Appoints Chief Financial Officer

January 7, 2021Taurus Gold Corp. (“Taurus” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Stephen Brohman as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, replacing Ryan Cheung. Mr. Brohman is a principal at Donaldson Brohman Martin, CPA Inc. and has over ten years of experience working with private and publicly traded companies, including serving as a director and/or officer. Mr. Brohman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and obtained his CPA, CA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation while working in public practice.

Taurus Gold Corp. is a private mineral exploration company focused on advancing the road-accessible Charlotte gold-silver project within the prolific Dawson Range portion of the Tintina Gold Belt, Yukon, Canada. In 2020 the company completed a 2,347 metre diamond drilling program in eleven holes on the Flex gold-silver zone. The Company intends to release the first modern Flex zone mineral resource estimate and compile and interpret the property’s extensive historical database.
